CIP Unit
Capacity: from a 500 litre batch till 5 tanks of 15.000 litre
The skid mounted CIP unit generally exists of:
- 2,3 or 4 tanks, overflow connected to drain, manhole and level control.
- Heat exchanger to heat the cleaning detergents.
- Centrifugal pumps.
- Valves on outlet and inlet of tanks.
- Automatic level controls.
- Electric control panel with:
- Stainless steel cabinet, IP 54, with main switch.
- PLC and Touch screen operation panel
- On/off switches and lights for pumps.
- Automatic fuses.
- Temperature regulation unit for detergents.
- The complete unit is pre-assembled, including all interconnection piping, fittings, valves and cabling.
Options:
- Automatic phase separation existing of:
- Temperature, conductivity and flow sensor in return pipe.
- Pneumatic operated valves.
- PLC control and touch screen operation panel. Possible to program up to 50 different cleaning recipes.
- Separate tank for recuperated water, saving of water by using after rinse water as pre rinse water.
- Automatic concentration control of the detergents in the tanks existing of:
- Dosing pump.
- Controls to set the wanted concentration per product.
- 2nd, 3th, 4th outgoing line to be able to clean several items at the same time. Included with pump, piping, controls and valves.
- Frequents converter on pump and flowmeter in outgoing line to be able to set CIP flow per recipe.
- Satellite control panel (through Ethernet or Profibus) or OP through SCADA system connected with main PLC. Possible to start CIP from other places than at the CIP unit.
- Desinfectant dosing pump (direct injection) and controls.
- Self-priming CIP return pump including controls from the CIP unit.
