Processed cheese
Processed cheese equipment we can divide in the following categories:
Cutter / Melter / Cookers (Universal machine)
Batch cookers volume: 25 litre till 850 litre or continuous cookers 500-2.000kg/h
Reconditioned batch cheese cutter/mixer/cooker with bowl and scraper agitator optional: high-speed cutter for spreadable cheeses 1500/3000rpm. The main product bowl can be double jacketed, or with ports for injection of steam direct into the bowl. The skid mounted stainless steel control panel is connected to the cooker and all probes, steam valves and functions of the system. The cooker has with a remote mounted(water cooled) vacuum pump with water separator. The system is provided with a (vacuum) manometer, open/close valve, overpressure valve on the bowl, steam regulation valve (closes automatically at certain temperatures) that opens after resetting.
