Homogenisers
Homogenisers we are able to offer are manually and hydraulically.
By reconditioning the following steps will be made:
- Completely dismantling.
- Frame and motor will be repainted.
- Motor will be checked, when necessary bearing replaced, measuring the stator.
- Crankshaft will be tested on backlash. In case necessary replacing the bearings.
- Measuring the cylinders, crossheads and push rods. In case necessary replacing/repair these parts.
- Pistons will be chromed.
- New gaskets in whole homogeniser.
- New control panel with electrics.
Options
- Completely stainless steel covers or painted frame
- 1 stage or 2 stage
- Manually, pneumatic or hydraulically pressure control
- Puppet valves or bullet valves
- Pulsation demperson in and outlet
- By-pass valve for cleaning.
- Manometer on inlet.
- Frequentz converter for variable speed and oil pump for lubrication at low speed.
Next to the machines mentioned in our stock list it is possible to adapt the machines, within its limitations, to a different pressure or capacity per hour.
